This page describes how information submitted through a quote request form is collected and used.
When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, service address, service details, and any notes or photos you choose to include. This information is stored and made available only to the Business you submitted the request to.
Your information is used by the Business to price your request, schedule and perform the service, and send you SMS updates about your quote and job — including price quotes, scheduling confirmations, arrival notices, job completion updates, and occasional review requests.
Submitting your phone number on a quote request form, with the consent checkbox checked, is how you opt in to receive SMS messages from the Business. No mobile information collected for the purpose of SMS consent is shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent status are used solely to send you the messages described above.
We do not sell your information, and phone numbers collected for SMS consent purposes are never shared with third parties for marketing.
This site uses a single first-party session cookie to keep a Business owner or staff member logged in after they sign in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and it is not set for visitors filling out a public quote request form. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Submitted information is stored in an encrypted database hosted on infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to a Business's customer and job data is limited to that Business's own logged-in owner and staff accounts — no other Business using this platform can see your information.
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELPfor assistance. To update or remove information you've submitted, contact the Business directly using the contact details on their quote request page.
